Many of our clients are isolated due to mobility and frailty and only see us on a day to day basis. Most is just ensuring they have eaten and have something to drink as they cannot get these things for them selves. Some are more complex but full training would be given.

All potential staff are interviewed by a panel of two /three directors who have over thirty years experience working in the care sector.

Staff are Criminal Records Bureau checked and have an Independent Safeguarding Authority first check.

In addition to the checks, all staff will require two carefully cross-checked references and all mandatory trainings that make them safe to work in hospital and care home settings.
